* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT (Lehre, HTL, Studium)

 * Intralogistik-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil (ERP, WMS, AKL, Produktion)
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

## Description

Mit Ihrer fundierten Erfahrung in der IT-Technik bilden Sie das Bindeglied zwischen den IT-Systemen unserer Kunden und den von uns verwendeten Technologien. Sie unterstützen unseren Vertrieb und die Projektleitung in allen technischen Belangen und stellen sicher, dass unsere Systeme nahtlos in die Infrastruktur unserer Kunden integriert werden.

 * IT-Technische Begleitung unserer Projekte von der Akquisephase bis zur Inbetriebnahme
 * Abklärung der technischen Anforderungen direkt mit den IT-Abteilungen unserer Kunden
 * Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunde, Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern
 * Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozessdokumentation und deren Anwendung in Kundenprojekten
 * Klärung, Lösungsentwicklung und Dokumentation von neuen IT-Anforderungen (Netzwerk, WLAN, Server, Datenbanken, Schnittstellen, Security etc.)
 * Mitwirkung bei Architektur- und Systemkonzepten (IT/OT-Integration)
 * Technische Abstimmungen, Reviews und Plausibilitätschecks in allen Projektphasen
 * Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Security Assessments
 * Sicherstellung von Standards, Qualität und Dokumentation im IT-Umfeld
 * Reisetätigkeit im Rahmen von Projektphasen (Inbetriebnahmen) i.H. ca. 10-20%
