## About the Role

* Du verfügst über eine höhere technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung, z. B. in Logistik, Industriewirtschaft, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft - und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Consulting- oder Projektumfeld gesammelt.
 * Du bringst (Intra-)Logistik Know-how sowie im Projekt- und Prozessmanagementkenntnisse mit.
 * Deine hohe IT-Affinität sowie solide IT-Kenntnisse ermöglichen es dir, Kunden kompetent zu beraten und technische Anforderungen schnell zu durchdringen.
 * Du kommunizierst professionell in Deutsch und Englisch und überzeugst durch dein souveränes, kundenorientiertes Auftreten.
 * Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einer verlässlichen Arbeitsweise - gleichzeitig übernimmst du ohne Zögern Verantwortung für deinen Aufgabenbereich.
 * Interkulturelle Kompetenz und internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 40 % deiner Arbeitszeit) bringst du selbstverständlich mit.

## Description

Du wirst Teil eines erfahrenen und engagierten Projektteams und unterstützt bei der Einführung und Inbetriebnahme unserer Lagerlogistiksoftware WAMAS® bei internationalen Kunden aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen.

 * Du analysierst, definierst und optimierst die Intralogistikprozesse unserer Kunden.
 * Du begleitest Projekte über den gesamten IT-Projektlebenszyklus hinweg.
 * Du übernimmst Modellierungs- und Parametrierungsaufgaben in unserer Intralogistik-Software.
 * Du erstellst IT-Spezifikationen, Benutzerdokumentationen sowie Schulungsunterlagen.
 * Du testest die Software sowohl im Haus als auch bei Implementierungen vor Ort.
 * Du unterstützt die Inbetriebnahme der IT-Lösungen und begleitest den Produktivstart direkt beim Kunden.
 * Du hältst Workshops und Trainings - remote und vor Ort - für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.
