## Description

* Onboarding: Du steuerst das Onboarding neuer Heizzentralen - Zugangskoordination, Terminplanung, Projektvorbereitung - und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start.
 * Portfolio: Du hast die operative Verantwortung für ein Portfolio von Bestandskund:innen und treibst Adoption, Zufriedenheit und Roll-Out voran.
 * Kundenerfolg: Du dokumentierst Einsparungen und CO -Reduktion, organisierst alle Maßnahmen für den Kundenerfolg und löst Probleme wie Heizungsausfälle oder Ineffizienzen gemeinsam mit dem Umsetzungsteam. Zudem führst du regelmäßige Reviews - vom operativen Kontakt bis zur Geschäftsführung.
 * Wachstum: Du erkennst Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Potenziale und treibst sie gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team voran.
 * Produkt: Du übersetzt Kundenfeedback in konkrete Verbesserungen - gemeinsam mit den Produkt-, IoT- und Software-Teams.
