## About the Role

* Experience providing Desktop Support within a corporate environment (financial services experience beneficial).
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
 * Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi) and endpoint security.
 * Familiarity with Apple device management and IT asset management.
 * Understanding of ITIL processes and service desk best practices.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support, managing incidents and requests through to resolution.
 * Support Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
 * Manage the Joiners, Movers & Leavers process, including user accounts, device builds and software licensing.
 * Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office applications.
 * Administer laptops, mobile devices and peripherals, including Apple devices via Intune and Apple Business Manager.
 * Troubleshoot networking, telephony, meeting room AV and printing issues.
 * Assist with endpoint security, patching, compliance and IT documentation.
 * Work with third-party vendors and contribute to continuous service improvements.
