Team members are expected to contribute to other disciplines whenever it helps towards reaching the sprint goal. * Soft skills: positive attitude, empathy, excellent communication skills, pragmatic approach, open feedback and trust, encourages sharing of knowledge and best practices, pro-active competence development, continuous improvement, team player, persuasive power before authority, supports team problem solving, enables actions in line with IT strategy. ## Description The consultant will join Keystone Solutions to deliver a Scrum Master mission for our client in the Information Technology sector.
