* Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet (Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Digitale Transformation, Wirtschaftswissenschaften etc.).
 * langjährige Erfahrung (in der Regel über 10 Jahre) in der Management- oder Technologieberatung mit Schwerpunkt auf Branchenberatung, Digitalstrategie und Digitaler Transformation, Outsourcing, etc. sowie fundierten Kenntnissen der Technologietrends
 * Umfassende Kenntnisse in für das Aufgabenbereich und Practice relevanten Bereiche
 * Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und starke Kundenorientierung.
 * Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, auf C-Level-Ebene, insbesondere bei COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs und Verantwortlichen für Business Transformation, Einfluss zu nehmen und Vertrauen aufzubauen.
 * Ein kooperativer Führungsstil, der verschiedene Stakeholder von der Strategieentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung einbindet.
 * Von Vorteil: Bestehendes Kundennetzwerk bei Kunden in Deutschland.
 * Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
