Preferred Qualifications * ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification is considered an advantage. * Strong experience with manual and automated software testing methodologies. * Experience with one or more test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Tricentis Tosca. * Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. * Experience testing REST APIs, backend services, databases, and distributed systems. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. * Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. * Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps Test Plans, ALM/Quality Center, or qTest. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), containerized applications, and microservices architectures. * Knowledge of software verification and validation practices within regulated environments, including GxP, FDA, or ISO-compliant development processes. * Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is desirable. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and globally distributed teams. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead testing initiatives, and influence quality practices without direct authority. * Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills. * Flexibility to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones. Working closely with software engineers, product owners, architects, and other quality professionals, you'll design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, and champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
