Support business performance reviews with concise narratives, root-cause analysis, and clear recommendations. * Own performance insight and business storytelling: Ensure the team delivers high-quality analysis that connects operational data to commercial and customer outcomes, with a consistent, leadership-ready view of KPIs, trends, exceptions, and emerging risks. * Define metrics and improve decision quality: Establish robust KPI definitions, performance frameworks, and success measures, and improve consistency in how performance is measured across teams, projects, and reviews. * Build scalable insight capabilities: Improve the team's operating model, standards, and ways of working to efficiently manage ad hoc demand alongside recurring insight cycles.
