 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software sowie Second-Level-Support
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen
 * Technische Dokumentation, Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft
