## About the Role

* Hochschulabschluss in BWL, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. HTL, HAK, AHS mit dazugehöriger Berufserfahrung)
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in SAP-Transformations- oder Implementierungsprojekten mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Controlling.
 * Fundiertes Verständnis von Finance- und Record-to-Report-Prozessen - von der Buchhaltung und dem Controlling bis hin zu Abschluss, Reporting und Unternehmenssteuerung.
 * Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, idealerweise sowohl im Umfeld der Private Cloud als auch der Public Cloud, sowie ein gutes Verständnis von SAP Best Practices und Fit-to-Standard-Ansätzen.
 * Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen in zukunftsfähige Lösungskonzepte zu übersetzen und gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden nachhaltige Finanzprozesse zu gestalten.
 * Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops, Prozessanalysen sowie der Konzeption und Umsetzung von End-to-End-Lösungen - von Design und Implementierung bis hin zu Testmanagement, Go-Live und Hypercare.
 * Idealerweise Kenntnisse angrenzender Geschäftsprozesse wie Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Manufacturing oder Treasury sowie deren Integration in durchgängige End-to-End-Prozesse.
 * Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein souveränes Auftreten auf Fach- und Managementebene; idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung.
 * Eigenverantwortung, Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamgeist und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch zeichnen Deine Arbeitsweise aus.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft im nationalen und internationalen Projektumfeld.
