The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of projects that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth., * 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the retail or food distribution domain. * Strong understanding of retail processes, including merchandising, inventory management, sales, and supply chain. * Experience with data analysis, business process mapping, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories). * Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI) and SQL for data validation. * Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Manhattan, Oracle Retail). * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence). * Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake) is a plus.
