## Description

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator to join our engineering facilities team. You will be the first point of contact for maintenance requests, logging jobs, scheduling engineers (electricians / plumbers), updating customers, and ensuring service levels are met., * Log and manage maintenance requests.

 * Schedule engineers and subcontractors.
 * Monitor job progress and update clients.
 * Maintain accurate records on the helpdesk system.
 * Support the facilities team with general administration.
