## About the Role

Must-have:

 * 7-10+ years delivering complex software products, ideally in banking or highly regulated environments
 * Proven experience with change management tooling (ServiceNow, Jira or airfocus)
 * Knowledge of feature flagging and modern release management practices
 * Experience with scaled agile (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums or equivalent)
 * Leadership experience: managed teams of 10+ people
 * Hands-on GCP understanding
 * Professional English (fluent)

Nice-to-have:

 * GCP Professional Architect or equivalent certification
 * Java / Spring background
 * German language skills a plus
 * Financial sector compliance experience (BaFin, EBA)

## Description

* Manage and coordinate complex product deliveries in a highly regulated banking environment
 * Own change approval workflows and release processes (e.g. airfocus, ServiceNow, Jira)
 * Implement and optimize feature flagging strategies for safe, controlled deployments
 * Coordinate agile teams across multiple levels (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums) with end-to-end delivery oversight
 * Lead a team of ~10+ people in a collegial, hands-on management style
 * Bring your technical GCP understanding actively into delivery decisions
 * Act as the bridge between Engineering, Product, and Compliance
