 * Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von IT- und Sicherheitsarchitekturen
 * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, technische und sicherheitsrelevante Inhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten; von nicht-technischen Stakeholdern bis zu technischen Expert:innen

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unser globales Cybersecurity-Trainingsportfolio - von der Analyse aktueller Bedrohungen bis zum weltweiten Rollout. Mit deinem fundierten technischen Know-how übersetzt du Sicherheitsarchitekturen und Best Practices in wirksame Trainingsformate. Dein Ziel: Mitarbeitende weltweit so zu befähigen, dass sie Cyberrisiken nicht nur erkennen, sondern im Arbeitsalltag sicher und souverän handeln., * Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des globalen Cybersecurity-Awareness- und Trainingsportfolios

 * Analyse aktueller Cyberbedrohungen, regulatorischer Anforderungen und technologischer Entwicklungen und Übersetzung in praxisnahe Trainingsinhalte
 * Planung und Durchführung globaler Trainings, insbesondere für technische Zielgruppen wie Application Manager
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines skalierbaren globalen Train-the-Trainer-Konzepts
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Subject Matter Experts aus allen relevanten Security-Domänen (z. B. Cloud, OT, Identity, Incident Response)
 * Messung der Wirksamkeit der Trainings anhand klarer Kennzahlen (z. B. Phishing-Simulationen, Awareness-KPIs, Teilnahmequoten)
