## About the Role

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar role (such as Systems Engineer) and is eager to further advance in this field. Ideally, you have knowledge of the following products and/or mastery of the following techniques:

 * Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine)
 * Docker
 * GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
 * CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
 * Terraform
 * Linux (mainly Ubuntu/Debian)
 * Bash and at least one other scripting or programming language

But most importantly, we value your willingness to continuously expand your knowledge and expertise. We cannot expect you to master everything we apply.

## Description

We are currently looking for a new DevOps engineer for our location in Rotterdam. Not easily convinced? We are pretty confident that we have a lot of exciting things to offer you so let us challenge your curiosity!
Full-time · Rotterdam

As a DevOps engineer, you will collaborate with 2 DevOps engineers in your team, providing support to our product teams. You will build and maintain the internal developer platform and standardized self-service tools that allow our product teams to deploy and manage their own services with minimal friction. Keywords for your responsibilities include optimization and automation. We are constantly working on optimizing our websites, platform, and the infrastructure that supports everything. We expect you to stay updated on the latest developments in AI, security and other DevOps-related matters and assess whether the latest trends are relevant to our company.

Our main focus at the moment is on improving our platform in the cloud (Google Cloud Platform), documenting our infrastructure as code using Terraform, and facilitating insights into our Kubernetes cluster.
