## About the Role

University master degree in computer science or similar

 - At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Software Engineer in Gitlab

 - Demonstrable experience with Helm and Gitlab Agents

 - Demonstrable experience with Terraform

 - Demonstrable experience with large cloud providers such as AWS, Azure or GCS

 - Demonstrable experience with our stack: NodeJS, VueJS, GraphQL, Dockers, Gitlab and Kubernetes

 - Moderate knowledge of cryptography and web based standards such as: JSON Web Tokens

 - Strong familiarity with best practices around logging and monitoring

 - Experience with working in a compliance driven environment with ISO and NEN standards

## Description

Would you like to become a DevOps Software Engineer, where you will lead the charge in automating workflows,detecting security risks,and ensuring compliance while collaborating in a multicultural environment? Then read on!, * Optimize our IaaC for deployments to Kubernetes using Helm and Gitlab;

 * Setup a test environment for front-end testing of VueJS apps;
 * Improve integration and unit testing suites of our backend infrastructure;
 * Write and update technical documentation;
 * Deployment of documentation portals and platform to production;
 * Help with customer support and customer onboarding challanges

As a DevOps Software Engineer, your primary role is to develop and refine solutions that streamline and manage the software lifecycle within our technology stack. Your key responsibilities include enhancing our GitLab CI/CD pipelines for more efficient delivery and reliability, as well as crafting comprehensive unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components. Additionally, your role includes the setup and maintenance of testing environments of our platform. Finally, you will play a supportive role in customer engagement by addressing support queries and smoothing the onboarding process, thereby directly contributing to client satisfaction and success.

You work within a multicultural company and team, collaborating with individuals located in other countries, emphasizing the importance of effective communication.
