## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Erfahrung im Betrieb und Support von Server- und Plattformumgebungen, idealerweise im Linux-Umfeld.
 * Grundlegendes Verständnis von Plattform- und Infrastrukturthemen wie Virtualisierung, Container-Technologien und Netzwerken.
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Monitoring-, Logging- und Ticket-Systemen von Vorteil.
 * Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung.
 * Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen technischen Teams.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

## Description

* Du stellst den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb unserer zentralen Plattform- und Systemlandschaften sicher.
 * Du analysierst Incidents, Störungen und wiederkehrende Probleme im Plattform Umfeld und treibst nachhaltige Lösungen voran.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit internen Entwicklungs-, Plattform- und Infrastruktur-Teams zusammen und fungierst als zentrale technische Schnittstelle.
 * Du bringst Betriebserfahrungen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung der Plattformen ein.
 * Du unterstützt bei Rollouts, Updates und Changes von Plattform Komponenten und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Übergang in den Betrieb-
 * Du überwachst Systeme und Plattformen, identifizierst frühzeitig Risiken und leitest präventive Maßnahmen ein-
 * Du dokumentierst Betriebs-, Support- und Troubleshooting-Prozesse und wirkst an deren kontinuierlicher Verbesserung mit.
 * Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Support- und Betriebsstandards ein
