* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Microsoft-365- oder Digital-Workplace-Umfeld
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Implementierung von SharePoint-Intranets und SharePoint-Landschaften (nicht ausschließlich Administration)

 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Digital-Workplace-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft 365
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von SharePoint-Intranets sowie SharePoint-Landschaften
 * Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung passender Collaboration-Konzepte
 * Implementierung und Optimierung von SharePoint Online und Microsoft Teams
 * Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich Best Practices, Governance und Benutzerfreundlichkeit
 * Durchführung von Migrationen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Microsoft-365-Umgebungen
 * Administration und laufende Optimierung der eingesetzten Lösungen
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen im Projektumfeld
