 * Be an early applicant, * Betreue und entwickle die interne SAP HCM-Systemlandschaft mit Fokus auf SAP HCM PY (Abrechnung) und SAP HCM PT (Zeitwirtschaft) weiter inkl. Customizing und der Umsetzung neuer gesetzlicher Anforderungen bzw. Anforderungen aus der Personalabteilung
 * Übernimm die Verantwortung für die SAP HCM-Systemlandschaft inkl. der Schnittstellen z.B. zu SAP FI und koordiniere externe Dienstleister
 * Gestalte aktiv die Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors mit sowie die Integration zwischen SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM
 * Arbeite Hand in Hand mit dem SAP-Team, um die SAP HCM-Systemlandschaft und SAP SuccessFactors kontinuierlich voranzubringen
