* Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field
 * Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role (data, systems, ERP, or finance systems environment)
 * Strong technical skills (e.g. SQL, data modelling, system integration)
 * Solid understanding of finance processes and ERP systems
 * Experience working in cross-functional environments (Finance / IT / Data)
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
 * Structured, autonomous and solution-oriented profile
 * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 * Fluent in English and french or Dutch

Backed by strong private equity investors, the organization has experienced significant growth in recent years and is building a scalable, data-driven platform to support its continued international expansion.
Jobomschrijving

 * Own and manage finance-related data systems and data flows across multiple platforms
 * Ensure data integrity, reliability, and consistency across ERP and connected systems
 * Support system integrations, including during acquisitions and business expansions
 * Contribute to ERP enhancements and optimisation initiatives
 * Work closely with Finance and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
 * Develop and maintain data models supporting reporting and analytics
 * Support automation initiatives and data governance improvements
 * Provide support and training to internal users when needed
