What you will be doing: * Champion Change & Buy-In: Lead and facilitate exciting safety & environmental improvement initiatives across MBDA UK, using your natural warmth and influence to gain genuine stakeholder and organisational buy-in. * Inspire a World-Class Culture: Drive engaging change programs that support MBDA UK's journey toward an industry-leading health and safety culture across all levels and business areas. * Empower with Smarter Tools: Continually refine and simplify the tools and daily processes we use, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient and truly support our people. * Look Outward: Identify modern, innovative industry best practices to help us achieve our strategic safety and environmental goals. * Unite and Collaborate: Partner closely with colleagues across all functions and sites to harness our collective knowledge, share great ideas and work toward shared goals. This role will enable you to travel to our other sites and a chance to meet and work with a wide range of internal customers across all levels. You'll be able to work dynamically with the flexibility of where, when and how you work., Employees receive 25 days of paid annual leave per calendar year, in addition to all statutory and public holidays.
