As our new HRIS Expert in SuccessFactors/Employee Central Payroll, you\u2019ll play a key role in improving our international HR landscape from our dynamic headquarters. Based in Zwaagdijk, you\u2019ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team where innovation and collaboration go hand in hand. If you have a sharp eye for system details and a passion for optimising HR tools, this is your chance to take Action! \u00a0 What will you do? \u00a0 * Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects within the HRIS landscape * Analyse, resolve, and escalate HR system issues (incident management) * Manage and implement new or enhanced system functionality * Coordinate system changes with our Change Coordinator * Coach and support team members in HRIS-related topics * Act as functional lead for rolling out SuccessFactors in new countries * Assess and implement country-specific HR rulings in collaboration with HR experts \u00a0 Your day starts with a quick team stand-up to align on ongoing projects and any system updates. You might then dive into analysing a recent SuccessFactors update, collaborating with IT and country HR teams to ensure seamless implementation. After lunch, you lead a knowledge-sharing session for colleagues, followed by a one-on-one with your team lead to discuss a proposed improvement for the onboarding module. Before the day ends, you log into a call with one of our international HR teams to support a system rollout in their country. Every day brings something new, and your expertise keeps everything running smoothly., You\u2019ll be part of the HR Projects, Processes and System department, reporting to the Team Lead Business Support. Within our HRIS Development team, you\u2019ll work closely with approximately 50 colleagues who are passionate about building and maintaining a robust HR system landscape for all Action countries.
