Performs a variety of technical and practical tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. * Experience and understanding of mid-sized company culture and desire to work in the setting. * High level of English including reading, writing, and speaking. * Ability to effectively present information to customers, public groups, leadership, and scientific peers. * Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels internally and externally. * Computer literate in Microsoft Office and experience in feed formulation. Work Environment and Physical Requirements The work environment consists of multiple different environments: standard home office, long periods in a motor vehicle, farms, animal producers, manufacturing facilities, and/or at client/customers facilities. Positions in this class typically require typing, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 kg of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. ## Description Provides internal and external customer technical services with a primary focus on dairy nutrition and management. Actively participates in the process for market support tests and trials. Communicates openly with internal and external customers to enhance customer satisfaction and grow sales of Zinpro products.
