To achieve these goals, the team owns responsibility for the office and desktop environment, video conferencing systems, telephony, and more. The End User Support Engineer ensures that Maven's employees have everything they need to be successful and productive on their desk and at their fingertips. You will take the lead on building efficient desk configurations, moving employees, setting up new desktops, and helping people get the most out of Maven's technology tools. This position forms the first line of support for IT problems and requests, coordinating with the other members of the Core Infrastructure and development teams as necessary to resolve end users requests and keep our employees productive.
