## Description

As a Senior Backend Developer, you're not just shipping features off a roadmap. You're a pivotal engineer who shapes how the team works, raises the bar on quality, and helps define our long-term engineering direction. You'll be working in Tilburg alongside a talented mix of React (Native) developers, Node.js developers, Product Owners, Designers, QA Engineers - and even a Talent Coach dedicated to your personal growth., * Building and maintaining APIs that handle millions of requests without breaking a sweat

 * Defining Service Level Objectives for the APIs and systems in our platform
 * Driving structural improvements to work towards those objectives
 * Supporting teams with documentation, architectural design, and tackling complex bugs
 * Co-shaping the long-term engineering roadmap - you have a real say in what we invest in
 * Co-owning non-functional topics like security, privacy, and performance
 * Being a key driver in how we adopt AI in our development process (no prior experience needed - just curiosity and enthusiasm)

Your tech stack:

We build our applications with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storybook, Service Workers, Next.js and Playwright. Our APIs run on Nest.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Postgres, Redis, Azure EventGrid and Azure ServiceBus. To keep everything running, we use Heroku, Azure DevOps, New Relic, Akamai and GitHub Copilot.
