Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Data Quality Lead - 12 months - Contract - REMOTE! - **Company:** Global Enterprise Partners - **Location:** France - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** Data Cleansing, Data Governance, Data Migration, Data Profiling, Python (Programming Language), Power BI, SAP (Applications), SAP NetWeaver Data Management, SQL Databases, Collibra, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Data Management, Tools for Reporting - **Published:** July 1, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.careerboard.com/fr/en/find-jobs-in-France/-EDDAF988DC83C02987/ ## About the Role * Proven experience in Data Quality, Data Management, or Data Governance within complex international environments. * Strong expertise in SAP Master Data, particularly Business Partners (Customers & Vendors) and/or Material Master data. * Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and ERP migration programs. * Strong understanding of data quality processes including data profiling, cleansing, validation, harmonization, and remediation. * Experience defining and tracking data quality KPIs, governance standards, and monitoring frameworks. * Knowledge of SAP MDG, Master Data Management solutions, or related data governance tools. * Experience with data quality and reporting tools such as Syniti, Collibra, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies is highly desirable. * Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and drive continuous data quality improvement initiatives. * Experience managing stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions. * Previous team leadership or people management experience is highly desirable. * Manufacturing, distribution, or construction industry experience is a plus. * Fluent in English. ## Description * Define and execute the EMEA Data Quality strategy for Business Partner and Material Master Data. * Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance rules, and KPI frameworks. * Lead data quality assessments, identify data issues, and implement remediation plans. * Drive country-level data cleansing and enrichment activities before, during, and after SAP deployments. * Oversee data migration readiness, validation, correction processes, and post-migration audits. * Manage and enhance data quality tooling including Syniti, Collibra, SAP MDG, and Power BI reporting solutions. * Lead and develop a team of Data Analysts supporting regional data quality initiatives. * Promote a strong data governance culture across business and country teams.
