Formation Bac technique en informatique minimum, BTS ou Licence apprécié.

 * Première expérience significative en support informatique (3 ans, alternance incluse)
 * Bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows, Microsoft 365, systèmes, réseaux et sécurité (firewall)
 * Permis B valide indispensable, compte tenu des déplacements quotidiens chez les clients.
 * Aisance relationnelle, sens du service et autonomie.
 * Connaissances en téléphonie IP, cybersécurité ou virtualisation appréciées.

## Description

* Assurer les interventions de support informatique et télécom de niveaux 1 et 2.
 * Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, systèmes et réseaux.
 * Installer, remplacer et mettre en service les équipements chez les clients, sur les 3 départements.
 * Préparer, configurer et tester les matériels en atelier avant leur déploiement.
 * Assurer une permanence hotline et accompagner les utilisateurs à distance.
 * Garantir la qualité des interventions et assurer leur suivi.
