## Description

* Bereitstellung von 2nd-Level- und 3rd-Level-Support für Netzwerkprobleme und -anfragen
 * Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Durchführung von Monitoring-Aktivitäten zur Überwachung der Netzwerkperformance und Identifikation von Engpässen
 * Erstellung von Autorisierungsregeln für neue Firewall-Regeln innerhalb des IT-Teams
 * Zuständigkeit für die Einrichtung, den Betrieb und die Wartung von Netzwerkkomponenten wie Switches, Routern und Firewalls
 * Mitarbeit an Netzwerkprojekten
