## Description

Dich erwartet nicht nur Schreibtischarbeit, du darfst dich auch in unseren Rechenzentren richtig auspowern. Du bist bei der Planung und Installation der Systeme der Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik dabei und kennst dich über Zubehör, Stromversorgung und Netzwerkeinbindung aus. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Einweisung der Benutzer*innen in die Bedienung als auch das Anpassen der Hard- und Software nach den Wünschen der Kund*innen. Mit Hilfe von Mess- und Prüfgeräten sowie entsprechenden Expertensystemen analysierst du auftretende Störungen und stellst die Funktion durch Austausch von Baugruppen und -geräten sowie durch Systemanpassungen wieder her.
