## About the Role

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bzw. HTL mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder Betriebswirtschaftsstudium mit technischer Affinität

## Description

* Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Vertriebsleitung und das Business Unit Management
 * Vorbereitung und Moderation von Portfolio-Boards (Sales & Operations Board, Product Portfolio Strategy Board)
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Ausrichtung des Produktportfolios an Unternehmenszielen (Wachstum, Profitabilität, Innovation)
 * Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Portfolio-Management-Methoden (z. B. Stage-Gates, Business Case Scoring, Entscheidungsframeworks)
 * Schnittstellen- & Koordinationsfunktion: enge Abstimmung mit Produktmanagementfunktionen der verschiedenen Business Units, Vertrieb & Controlling
 * Pflege relevanter Portfoliodaten und Systeme sowie Weiterentwicklung von Tools (z. B. Power BI, Portfolio-Dashboards)
