* entwickelst die strategische Roadmap für IT Service Quality & Performance Management in enger Abstimmung mit dem CIO und zentralen Stakeholder:innen.
 * definierst das Zielbild eines IT-Operation Centers - inklusive Anforderungen an Organisation, Prozesse und Technologie für eine stabile, sichere und effiziente IT.
 * legst konzernweite Qualitätsstandards fest und entwickelst die Methodik zur Umsetzung und Wirksamkeitsmessung.
 * optimierst Prozesse durch Einführung von Lean- und Agile-Prinzipien.
 * baust strukturierte Austauschformate auf und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für IT-Service-Themen im Konzern.
 * entwickelst Root-Cause-Analysen, Problem-Management-Ansätze sowie Transparenz- und Eskalationsstandards für Changes.
 * baust ein KPI- und SLA-Reporting auf, leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab und berätst den CIO strategisch.
