## Description

The Manufacturing Quality Data Engineering team specializes in predicting safety critical issues before they occur, protecting our customers. As part of Tesla's Vehicle Engineering organization, you'll have access to the data gold mine of design, manufacturing, and vehicle data sources, enabling you to design, develop, and deploy innovative generative AI and machine learning platforms globally. In this role, you'll focus on integrating systems with processes, equipment data sources, and configurations, as well as iterating on use cases with stakeholders.
What You'll Do

 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand use cases, translate them into clear requirements, and create and track user stories and tasks
 * Facilitate system and process configurations through iterative discussions with the stakeholders to achieve business objectives
 * Perform basic troubleshooting and user support, including responding to questions, triaging bugs, escalating issues as needed, and updating runbooks based on feedback
 * Deliver regular training sessions on systems and applications to onboard new hires and refresh existing users, while maintaining up-to-date user guides, training materials, and documentation
 * Lead project meetings, initiatives, and committees to advance objectives and key results, collaborating with cross-functional teams across global sites
 * Monitor project progress, status, and roadmaps to align with software feature delivery timelines and key results
 * Update and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvements
