 * Gesicherte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Deine Mission
Wir betreiben eine moderne, cloud-zentrierte IT-Architektur auf Basis von Microsoft 365 und investieren laufend in Security, Automatisierung und neue Cloud-Services. Für unser internes IT-Team suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Microsoft 365 Engineer mit echter Tiefe im Microsoft-Stack. Mit eigenständiger, hands-on Arbeitsweise übernimmst Du sowohl operative als auch konzeptionelle Verantwortung. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Head of IT fungierst Du als zentrale technische Senior-Funktion im Team und gestaltest unsere Cloud-Strategie aktiv mit., * Verantwortung für den Tagesbetrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung mit Schwerpunkt auf Identity-, Endpoint- und Security-Themen

 * Konzeption und Pflege unserer Conditional-Access-Architektur sowie Betreuung des Identity- und Access-Managements (inkl. PIM, Access Reviews, Identity Protection)
 * Verantwortung für Microsoft Intune und Autopilot inkl. Compliance, Patch-Management und Geräte-Rollout
 * Operativer Tagesbetrieb von Microsoft Defender for Endpoint und Defender for Microsoft Office 365
 * Betreuung unserer Teams-Telefonie (Operator Connect / Direct Routing)
 * Bewertung und Integration neuer Microsoft-365-Funktionen
