To succeed in this role, you will bring: * Strong hands-on technical expertise across the core technology stack, including Java, WebSphere, TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ, and IBM Connect Direct. * Solid database and data skills, with proven experience in Oracle, MongoDB, and PL/SQL, including the ability to write complex SQL queries to support analysis and reporting. * Practical experience with cloud and container platforms, notably OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), together with release and deployment tooling such as UDeploy. * Proficiency with application monitoring and observability tools such as Kibana, Splunk, and AppDynamics to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues. * A strong problem-solving and incident-management mindset, with the ability to perform root cause analysis, debug complex issues, and deliver timely, effective resolutions - including leveraging Citi's AI tools. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working in a global, follow-the-sun support team and partnering across development, product, and business functions. Then apply today ## Description This is an established, globally distributed team operating across the EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions to deliver 24/7, follow-the-sun production support, ensuring the stability, availability, and resilience of these critical platforms. The successful candidate will join the EMEA team based in Belfast, providing support coverage during EMEA business hours. On a day-to-day basis, the role partners closely with development teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, and management across multiple technology areas to ensure functions are integrated effectively and business goals are met.
