Experience producing management information, performance reporting and dashboards for finance or operational teams. Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting, including KPI tracking, variance analysis and performance measurement. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, Power Query and data modelling. Experience cleansing, transforming, validating and reconciling large data sets. Experience supporting revenue, cost, margin, KPI or month-end reporting processes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Desirable Skills & Experience Understanding of finance data structures, data governance and reporting controls. Experience working with ERP or operational systems such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, DAX or similar platforms. Knowledge of finance transformation, process improvement and reporting automation. Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, a professional accounting qualification (CA), or CFA/FRM certification. We're looking for a Finance Data Analyst to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a pivotal role in transforming how financial and operational information is reported across the business. Reporting into the Finance function and working closely with the Head of Finance and key stakeholders, you'll lead the development and delivery of management information through Power BI. You'll help modernise reporting, improve data quality, automate manual processes, and provide valuable insight that supports decision-making at all levels of the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional with strong Power BI skills and a passion for turning complex data into meaningful business insight. What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support financial and operational performance reporting. Translate business and reporting requirements into clear, automated reporting solutions. Deliver scalable, reliable and user-friendly reporting tools and dashboards.
