Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden bei technischen Fragen und tragen mit Ihrem Know-how maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Sie arbeiten in einem modernen, technologieorientierten Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einem kollegialen Team., * Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und technischen Supportfällen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Zugriff.

 * Analyse, Dokumentation und Lösung von Störungen über ein Ticketing-System.
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Nutzung der Softwarelösungen.
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Verbesserung von Servicequalität und Produkten.
 * Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Supportprozessen.
