## About the Role

* Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
 * Several years of experience in software development for embedded systems
 * Good understanding of embedded software development processes and methods
 * Knowledge of software architecture principles and embedded software design
 * Experience with requirements management tools such as Polarion, IBM DOORS or equivalent
 * Knowledge of ISO 26262, functional safety concepts, Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), and preferably AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive Platform)
 * Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Git or Subversion
 * Hands-on expertise in conducting technical, architecture, and requirements reviews
 * Experience with UML and/or SysML modeling and Enterprise Architect or comparable modeling tools
 * Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
 * Fluent in German and English

## Description

As a Software Development Expert for Requirement Analyses & Architecture Design you define, analyze, and manage software requirements for our embedded automotive systems. You define software requirements based on system-level specifications and develop architectural concepts that serve as the basis for functional safety and cybersecurity analyses and collaborate closely with customers, software developers, system architects, and cross-functional engineering teams., * Elicit, analyze, document, and maintain requirements for embedded software systems

 * Collaborate with customers, system engineers, software developers, and project stakeholders to define software requirements
 * Translate system requirements into detailed software requirements and ensure their consistency and completeness
 * Contribute to the definition and evaluation of software architectures for embedded applications
 * Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, software architecture, implementation, and verification
 * Work on architecture, design concepts and requirements elicitation
 * Support the development of safety-related software in accordance with ISO 26262 and consideration of Cyber Security according to ISO/SAE 21434
 * Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of development processes compliant with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE)
 * Work closely with software developers, test engineers, system architects, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle and guide them based on your expertise
