* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Systems Engineering, Physik oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit luftgestützten oder komplexen EO/IR-, Active-RF/Radar- oder Passive-RF/ESM/ELS/RWR-Sensorsystemen
 * Nachweisbare Verantwortung für Sensorintegration, Performancebewertung, Verifikation, Test und operative Freigabe
 * Fähigkeit, Missionsszenarien und Bedrohungsprofile in präzise, verifizierbare technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Sensor-KPIs wie Reichweite, RCS, Coverage, Revisit Rate, Track-Qualität, Latenz oder Fehlerbudgets
 * Praxis in der Integration mit Plattform, Avionik, Missionscomputern, Software, Dateninterfaces und ICDs
 * Erfahrung mit Bench-/HIL-, Labor-, Range-, Chamber-/Anechoic- oder Flugtests
 * Sicherer Umgang mit technischer Lieferantensteuerung, Spezifikationsreviews, Abnahmetests und Change Management
 * Von Vorteil: AESA/MFR-Radar, Radar Modes, Low Observability/LPI, Direction Finding, Emitter Libraries, ATR, Multi-Sensor-Cueing, Track Association oder Defence-/Aerospace-Systeme
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie interdisziplinäre Problemlösungskompetenz

## Description

* End-to-End-Verantwortung für System Engineering, Integration, Test und Einsatzreife luftgestützter Sensorsysteme
 * Übersetzung von Missionsszenarien und Bedrohungsprofilen in messbare technische Anforderungen, KPIs und Verifikationskriterien
 * Definition von Sensorkonzepten, Betriebsmodi und CONOPS über verschiedene Missionsphasen hinweg
 * Steuerung der Integration mit Plattform, Avionik, Missionscomputer, Software, Dateninterfaces und ICDs
 * Bewertung und Optimierung der Sensorperformance, z. B. Reichweite, Coverage, Track-Qualität, Latenz, False Alarms oder Kalibrierung
 * Planung und Leitung von Verifikations- und Testkampagnen, inklusive Labor-, HIL-, Range-, Chamber-/Anechoic- und Flugtests
 * Analyse technischer Probleme über Sensorik, RF/Optik, Algorithmen, Avionik, Software und Testdaten hinweg
 * Technische Steuerung von Lieferanten, inklusive Spezifikationsreviews, Abnahmetests, Change Requests und Issue Tracking
 * Erstellung und Pflege zentraler Engineering-Artefakte wie Requirements, Verifikationsmatrizen, Testpläne, Reports und Flight-Readiness-Inputs
