* Installation und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern und IT-Hardware beim Kunden
 * Endinstallation von Software
 * Einrichtung von Netzwerken
 * Einschulung der Anwender vor Ort
 * Behebung einfacher Störungen
 * Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Rückmeldung an den Innendienst
