Deine neuen Aufgaben

 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen vor Ort beim Kunden
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software
 * Austausch defekter Hardwarekomponenten
 * Zusammenarbeit mit dem zentralen ServiceDesk und ServiceLogistik
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten (Rollouts von Desktops/ Notebooks/Tablets/Smartphones/Peripheriegeräte)
