 * Ersten Führungserfahrungen (fachlich und disziplinär)
 * Engagement im Bereich Peoplemanagement wird erwartet (People Development, Workshops, Innovation, Teamevents)
 * Planungs- und Umsetzungsstärke in Kombination mit der Erreichung der Zielvorgaben

## Description

* Innovation: Mitgestaltung der SPAR Azure Cloud Platform mittels Infrastructure as Code und CI/CD Toolchain
 * Umsetzung von Cloud Lösungen durch Beratung und Schulungen sowie eigenständige Definition und Implementierung von APIs mittels Azure API Management
 * Lifecycle-Management: Weiterentwicklung des Lifecycles der Cloud Infrastruktur und internen MS Azure DevOps Pipelines sowie Dokumentation, Deployment und Community Support
 * Option Teamlead: Für die Position besteht die Möglichkeit die fachliche und disziplinäre Leitung des Teams zu übernehmen
