## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
 * 7+ years of experience in Data, AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics, and 2+ years leading high-performing technical teams
 * Proven track record building modern data platforms and production AI systems
 * Experience turning business problems into scalable data products
 * Strong understanding of modern data and AI architectures
 * Systems thinker with a pragmatic, builder mindset
 * Excellent communicator who can simplify complex topics
 * Curious, low ego, and comfortable making decisions under uncertainty
 * Passionate about developing people and building strong engineering cultures
 * Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
 * Willingness to travel internationally
 * Nice to have: Experience with LLMs, RAG, product analytics, or modern cloud data platforms, and experience in B2B SaaS or highly regulated industries
