## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID)
 * Kenntnisse in Endpoint-Security, idealerweise Bitdefender GravityZone
 * Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerkadministration (TCP/IP, WLAN, VPN, Routing)
 * Verständnis für Webentwicklungsprozesse und CMS-Systeme
 * Erfahrung mit Streaming-Software (z. B. OBS) und Online-Lernplattformen von Vorteil
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

Deine Haupttätigkeit liegt in der technischen Betreuung unserer Webinare, Seminare und Hybrid-Veranstaltungen. Dabei bist du erste Ansprechperson für technische Fragen und gestaltest aktiv die digitale Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation mit.

 * Netzwerk administrieren
 * Infrastruktur ausbauen
 * Prozesse analysieren & optimieren
 * Hardware betreuen

Microsoft 365

 * Exchange Online verwalten
 * Teams & OneDrive betreuen
 * Lizenzen & Berechtigungen
 * Bitdefender GravityZone administrieren

Web & digitale Produkte

 * Externe Agentur koordinieren
 * Anforderungen aufnehmen & übergeben
 * Websites testen & abnehmen
