Preferred Skills Prior exposure to XR development Familiarity with DIS or ROS2 messaging protocols, or other domain-specific real-time messaging systems Awareness of network and infrastructure constraints in managed, regulated, or classified environments Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) or infrastructure-as-code tooling Background in vehicle simulation, physics-based environments, or defense/research applications 5. Preferred Certifications: Unity Certified Professional: Programmer Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent) supporting CI/CD and deployment work CompTIA Security+ or equivalent, for candidates expected to operate in accreditation-sensitive environments ## Description Looking for a Unity Developer to join a small, fast-moving team building simulation applications. You would own meaningful portions of software development (e.g., from feature work through production deployments) in environments with infrastructure and compliance constraints. This role suits a strong software engineer who is comfortable in new technical territory, moves fast without cutting corners, and has the instincts to make decisions today that don't create problems down the road. Hours per week is currently at 40 but it should be part-time support over time (20 hours per week). 2.
