This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting application and batch processing issues, researching root causes of production incidents, resolving programming defects, and supporting ongoing system stability and performance. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in mainframe development and production support, with the ability to analyze issues across application, database, and batch processing layers. Experience supporting financial services or core banking platforms is highly desired.
