## About the Role

Do you have experience in Supplier management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 3-5 years of experience in project coordination / operational support

 * Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams with strong organization and follow-through
 * Vendor coordination experience (including meeting coordination/action item tracking)
 * Experience supporting quotes/POs (or similar procurement support)
 * Strong written/verbal communication (field-facing communications)
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Teams also referenced)
 * Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
 * Associate's degree or equivalent related experience required

Preferred

 * Experience supporting retail operations, Asset Protection, or technology pilots
 * Familiarity with vendor management / procurement processes
 * Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) a plus
 * Oracle or SQL experience is a strong plus (not required)

## Description

* Provide day-to-day operational and project support for innovation pilots and solution deployments within Asset Protection
 * Prepare and deliver weekly project progress updates
 * Manage vendor quotes and support purchase order (PO) creation
 * Assist with vendor scope outlines as needed
 * Coordinate vendor/status meetings: build agendas , track action items , follow up on deliverables
 * Support field/store communications before and after go-live; respond to field inquiries and route issues to appropriate owners
 * Perform post-deployment validation , including CCTV image audits to validate image quality/solution performance
