* Hands-on experience in Azure-based application development and cloud-native solutions, with working knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), though experience with other Kubernetes platforms is also valued.
 * Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
 * Experience building, managing, and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
 * Proficiency in implementing and supporting CI/CD practices to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
 * Exposure to the Banking and Financial Services domain is highly desirable.
