+ Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Beratung, Transformation, Innovations- oder Change-Management, idealerweise in internationalen Projekten
 + Erfahrung mit generativer KI und KI-Assistenten, Prompt Engineering sowie der Identifikation, Validierung und Skalierung von KI-Use-Cases
 + Mindestens ein Technologie-Schwerpunkt: Microsoft Modern Work, Microsoft CRM / Dynamics 365 / Customer Engagement oder SAP
 + Fundierte Change-Management-Methodik (z. B. ADKAR/Prosci o. ä.) und Erfahrung in Enablement, Training und Stakeholder-Kommunikation
 + Erfahrung in Workshop-Facilitation und Coaching sowie in agiler Projektarbeit
 + Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
 + Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Projektarbeit
 + Idealerweise Erfahrung im Innovations- und Ideenmanagement, Kenntnisse in Process Automation und agentenbasierter KI, sowie sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden
