* Studium: Du befindest Dich im fortgeschrittenen Studium der Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Psychologie, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs. Idealerweise hast Du einen Bezug zu Human Resources, Organisationsentwicklung oder Digitalisierung.
 * Interessen: Du interessierst Dich für Themen wie Learning & Development, Performance Management, HR-Digitalisierung, Organisationsentwicklung und Change.
 * Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst und hast ein gutes Gespür für Kommunikation, Organisation und Teamarbeit.
 * Technische Fähigkeiten: Du verfügst über gute Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SuccessFactors, PowerBI oder ähnlichen Tools.
 * IT-Skills: Du hast Lust, Deine IT-Skills einzubringen und weiter auszubauen und Dich fachlich wie persönlich in einem modernen HR-Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln.
