## About the Role

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a software development background who enjoys coaching teams, driving agile transformation, and delivering high-quality software?, * Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

 * Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale software development environments
 * Previous hands-on experience as a Software Developer
 * Strong knowledge of agile frameworks including:

 + Scrum
 + SAFe
 + Kanban
 * Excellent communication and coaching skills
 * Fluent German and English (both essential)

## Description

* Lead two cross-functional, globally distributed agile software development teams
 * Drive agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the wider Agile Master community
 * Coach teams in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and agile best practices
 * Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and workshops
 * Identify, manage and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery
 * Foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement across teams
 * Work closely with Product Owners to support team development and people leadership
 * Promote ownership, accountability and a high-performance team culture
 * Help deliver innovative software products aligned with business objectives
